BillSend ("we", "us", or "our") is a free invoicing tool built for freelancers and small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using BillSend, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name (via Google OAuth or email/password). We do not collect payment information — BillSend is free.

Invoice and client data: Information you enter into invoices and client records (names, addresses, amounts, etc.) is stored in our database and is entirely yours.

Usage data: We may collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

Uploaded files: Logos you upload are stored securely on Amazon S3.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve BillSend:

To authenticate you and maintain your account
To store and retrieve your invoices and client data
To send invoices to your clients on your behalf when you request it
To improve the product based on usage patterns

We will never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Logos are stored in private S3 buckets with controlled access.

5. Third-Party Services

BillSend uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication
Amazon Web Services (S3, SES) — file storage and email delivery
Google OAuth — optional sign-in method

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at team@mybee.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

BillSend uses cookies only for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app.
