1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BillSend ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BillSend is operated by MYBE Digital.
2. Description of Service
BillSend is a free web-based invoicing tool that allows users to create, manage, and send invoices. The Service is provided free of charge with no subscription required.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or share your account with others.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you create within BillSend, including invoices, client records, and uploaded files. You grant BillSend a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Email Delivery
BillSend provides the ability to send invoices via email on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the email recipients and that the content of your invoices complies with applicable laws.
7. Availability
We strive to keep BillSend available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillSend and MYBE Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing team@mybee.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
